Final landscape plans include:

• Detailed garden layout
• Retaining wall layout and height estimations
• Specifications regarding proposed materials to be used (to be finalised during consultation, for inclusion in the final plan)
• planting guide, which details species, mature sizes, quantities and purchase sizes
• Sketches of the proposed landscape. 
• 2 sets of the finished plan 
  
  This service begins with me drafting some concept layouts, and drawing some preliminary perspective sketches to show you the look of the proposed garden. After discussion the concept plan of your choice will be fine tuned, and developed to your requirements. Plans can also be detailed to meet council requirements for Development Applications or Construction Certificates. Prices vary according to size and complexity of project.
